Stephanie

Stephanie is one of our Client Service Representatives (CSR). She began working at our sister hospital Frontier in 2014 and is excited to join the Beaverton Pet Clinic team in 2019.

Hi Stephanie! Do you go by Stephanie or do you have any nicknames?

I generally go by either Stephanie or Steph. Either is great!

In your words, what is your job at Beaverton Pet Clinic?

The main part of my job is to make clients feel welcome at our practice. This includes taking phone calls, chatting with clients in the lobby, and showing them to rooms for their appointments. I also help make the doctors’ and technicians’ jobs easier, by ensuring that paperwork is ready, tracking down details they might need, or explaining things to clients. And of course, a big chunk of my job is making sure our clients know how adorable or sweet their pets are – and my gosh, we have so many cute patients!

Why did you decide to work at Frontier and now at Beaverton Pet Clinic?

I wanted to work at Frontier because I have always loved animals, and I want to help as many pets as possible. I’ve had years of customer service experience, so I’m glad to be able to put that to use here! (Secretly, everyone knows that I wanted this job in order to snuggle all the
patients!)

Do you have any pets?

I have three spoiled kitties. My little girl is Rukia, and she is a silver tabby cat who is always getting into some kind of trouble. I also have Romeo, a big handsome tabby, and Magic, a black longhaired kitty, who are a brother and sister duo I adopted from clients at Frontier.

Tell us a little-known fact about you!

I love video games! I mostly play role-playing games, but I enjoy all kinds of games! I also love playing board games. I have an extensive collection of both types!
