Rebecca

Meet Rebecca, one of our Technician Assistants. She joined our team in the summer of 2019.

Do you have any nicknames?
I go by Becca, mostly, but friends and family usually call me Beccs.

In your words, what is your job at Beaverton Pet Clinic?
As a technician assistant, I help provide quality care for all the patients while performing and assisting with treatments.

Why did you decide to work at Beaverton Pet Clinic?
Before working at BPC, I worked in a pet hotel for three years. I always had a passion for animals and wanted to use my skills in a more helpful and productive manner. I decided I wanted to go into the vet field, and BPC was the first place I interviewed, and I immediately fell in love! That was two years ago, and I still think it’s the best decision I ever made!

Do you have any pets?
I have one dog named Kingsley! He is a border collie mix and the love of my life! He’s just over three years in August 2021 and weighs in at a whopping 30lbs. When we adopted him, he was terrified of everything and would barely let anyone pet him. Now, he’s a happy, crazy little guy who loves everyone and everything literally!

Tell us a little-known fact about you!
I am originally from Southern California (I know, yuck)! It had been my life goal to move up to Oregon, and in the summer of 2019, I finally got the opportunity! I absolutely love living up here and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
