Kai

Meet Kai, one of our Technician Assistants. Kai rejoined our team in October 2020, however, you may remember their previous time at BPC as a Client Service Representative!

Do you have any nicknames?
My dog calls me the Almighty Treat Lord.

In your words, what is your job at Beaverton Pet Clinic?
My job is to make the animals that come into our clinic feel safe while we provide medical care. This can mean restraining the pets, taking blood, giving vaccines, or simply giving the world’s best head scratches while feeding them cheese so they can get through an uncomfortable event. I love helping the pets to feel their best and seeing animals get better is my absolute favorite part of my job.

Why did you decide to work at Beaverton Pet Clinic?
The genuine care that the clinic has for the animals from the doctors to the behind-the-scenes staff everyone loves the pets we care for and the focus is always providing them with the best care.

Do you have any pets?
I have one dog named Cappy, she’s an 8 year old yellow lab. She absolutely loves to learn and is very smart so we usually spend our free time learning new tricks! She enjoys running agility, scent hunting games, and fetch. Her current favorite trick is “turn” where she spins in a circle as fast as she can!

Tell us a little-known fact about you!

I’m a big Marvel fan! I also enjoy hiking, swimming, exploring the city, and spending as much time with my dog as I can!
