Heather P.

Do you have any nicknames?
You can call me HP! (the other Heather works too)

In your words, what is your job at Beaverton Pet Clinic? Any special projects or responsibilities?
I’m fairly new to the team, but my official title is Veterinary Assistant! This includes helping behind the scenes with things like collecting samples, running cytology, and even feeding yummy treats to your pets! Whatever is needed, I’m happy to help!

Why did you decide to work at Beaverton Pet Clinic?
I had previous experience in the veterinary field, and was looking to get back into it. Beaverton Pet Clinic stood out to me because of their core values, genuine care towards patients, & their warm, welcoming environment.

Do you have any pets? If so, name/age/description. Any special skills or fun features?
My boys! Nico is my old man (pit mix) who is about to be 12. He is gentle, calm and loves his soft squeaky toys! Kai is my chonky boy (full pittie) who is 6 years old & doesn’t really know his size. I call him my “bull in a china shop”. Gatito is my 4 year old orange cat (DMH) who reallllly loves to eat!

Tell us a (or several!) little known fact(s) about you!

I am originally from South Carolina! I did a solo cross country drive with all of my animals which took 6 days! I’ve been living here in Oregon for a little over a year & am loving it!

I love painting, astrology & music!
