In light of Oregon’s reopening, we’re here to announce what you’ve all been waiting for… being able to come inside the clinic with your pets! We will continue to follow all Oregon OSHA, and CDC guidelines to keep you and our staff safe but are so excited to see you.

Is Curbside Really Over?

Yes! Our clinic is now open for you to enter with your pet. Appointments will still check-in via text; see details in the next section.

What Can I Expect at My Visit Now?

You’ll be present for your pet’s exam and discuss treatment with your veterinarian in person! We will continue appointment check-in via text due to the limited exam room and lobby space available, so when you arrive, please text the number on our exterior signs. This will ensure we can keep pets and people safe while attending appointments. Other than that, it will look much like your pre-pandemic experience at BPC. Another thing that will stay in the pre-appointment questionnaire, since our veterinarians have found that having your input before your appointment is extremely helpful and expedites your pet’s treatment. So be on the lookout for your appointment confirmation email and/or reminder email, both of which will contain a link to complete the questionnaire online. For visits to pick up food, OTC products, or prescriptions, you can just c’mon in!

I’ve Only Started Coming to BPC During Curbside, What Should I Expect?

First off, we’re so happy you chose us to care for your pets, and we can’t wait to meet you in person! When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll check in via text, then come into the lobby when instructed. A Client Service Representative (CSR) will show you into an exam room, where you’ll meet your veterinarian, watch your pet’s exam and discuss a treatment plan and estimate. Once you’ve decided on a treatment plan, a Patient Service Representative (PSR) will take your pet to our Treatment Room and complete your pet’s services, while a CSR collects any food or medications to go home and completes invoicing in the lobby. The PSR will return your pet, and then you’re all set to go! You’ll still receive your invoice and full exam report via email.
